When we purchased ARAMIS, she had a round galley sink with an infill that could be used as a work surface or cutting board.
The sink had the same pressurised freshwater tap that is present today.
There was a two-burner stove that was excellent quality yet was not fitted with gimbals.
As our voyages had long gone beyond day-trip picnics, we decided to improve the galley by fitting a gimbaled stove, a double sink and saltwater rinse.
The galley seen in 2016 with a double sink, gimbled stove and pressurised saltwater tap.
At the same time, the space under the galley was cleaned up to provide additional storage.
