ARAMIS has a suprising amount of storage for a 9.22m vessel. We have had no problems securely storing all of the clothes, food and toys that are required for a familly of four during many months at sea in the Medeterraean.
Following, you can see the key storage areas inside and on eck.
Unlike most modern 30-footers, ARAMIS does not have quarter berths, so all of the space aft of the coachroof is available for storage. There are cockpit lockers port and starboard and a lazarette that extends all the way to the transom.
The starboard and port cockpit lockers are deep enough to take a small outboard vertically. The liferaft lazarette has a false floor underwhich there is more storage.
The galley has storage for pots, pans and a kettle behind the sinks, shallow cupboards port and starboard along sid the trotter boxes for silverware, porcelain, etc. a cupboard with sliding doors for food containers and the 120l refrigerator.
In main cabin there is a large well fiddled shelf above each settee berth and storage behind the settee back cushions. Under the berths is further storage, restricted somewaht on the port side by the cabling, plumbing, bilge pump and seacocks. There is chart draw above the starboard berth and ample space for books at the head of the port berth. A large storage area under the galley accessible the through the the port settee berth trotter box. Above the port berth is a further area that we use to store or PFDs. Note that the trotter boxes provide huge storge for items when the berths are not in use.
In the heads there is a double cupboard with shelves forward and hanging space aft.
In the forward cabin there is an assortment of storage under the berths howeve, the main storage is in draws under each berth and a large area at the foot of the berths aft of the anchor chain locker.
